HELLO, I'm NANDITA GANESH
This book is for my Paati (Grandma) after I had the unique opportunity to spend 32 years of my life with her, where her passion for food and cooking truly inspired me. Witnessing the joy in her eyes as she created culinary delights sparked a realization in me about my own passions. This experience motivated me to document her cherished recipes.
During the height of the pandemic, circumstances led my grandmother and me to spend six months together. Despite knowing of her love for food and cooking throughout my 32 years, it wasn't until then that I truly grasped her passion. Witnessing the sparkle in her eyes ignited by the culinary arts made me introspect, realising that I, too, could have such fervor. It made me yearn for someone to appreciate my passions in the same way she longed for. Thus, I embarked on a journey to document her recipes.
